Return / Refund Policy

The item I ordered arrived damaged, faulty or doesn’t work as intended
If your item has arrived and is faulty, damaged, or not working as intended, please notify
us as soon as possible. Once you have notified us, we may ask you to return it to us at
your cost. Once we have received the item and confirmed the damage or fault, it will be
replaced if possible and you will be refunded any costs to return this to us OR we will
refund to you the full cost of the item and the cost to return it to us.

All our packages sent have our return address on them. Because we resurface all discs where
we can and test all our items unless specifically stated and as we can reuse cases, discs
to prime our resurfacer, booklets and inserts we do require the item to be returned to
action a replacement or refund. This is non negotiable.
No return, no refund.

I’ve changed my mind and no longer want the item I ordered

The item I received is not the item I ordered
All stock on the FB page or our website should be the exact item you receive. The only
exception to this is some items such as controllers and memory cards where the colour
and condition may vary but this will be explicitly stated. Please choose carefully before

I ordered an incompatible item
If you ordered a product designed to work with another product, and upon receiving the
product you discover they are incompatible, unfortunately we cannot provide a refund. We
may, at our discretion, agree to change the item to another item in stock of equal or lesser
value. Please note however that returning the incompatible item and having the new item
shipped to you will be at your cost. Please choose carefully before ordering.
